Users & access
Who can sign in. For staff, the name must match "Assigned to" on their cases.
Click a row to edit that user. Staff see and edit only their own cases. Supervisors see all cases and can reassign them.
Only admins have this Admin tab. To remove access, untick Active (their history is kept). "Sign out everywhere" ends a
user's sessions on all devices, e.g. after a lost phone; they can sign in again if still active.
Reassign cases
Move cases from one officer to another. Each move is recorded in the case history.

Tip: choose "From", tick the header box to select all shown, choose "Move to", then Reassign. Supervisors can also do this from the Cases tab.
Correct / archive a case
Fix TAN, PAN, name, FY, amounts or remarks, or remove a case from the dashboard.
Add a case
For a case that is not in the Sheet. TAN + FY must be new.
Archived cases
Removed from the dashboard, kept with their history. Restore any time.
Re-import from Sheet
Refreshes case facts (amounts, remarks, names) and adds new cases from the Google Sheet.
Status, comments, NCLT details, files and assignments entered here are kept.
In Google Sheets: File → Download → Microsoft Excel (.xlsx). Nothing changes until you click Apply.

Audit log
Every change, sign-in, file opened and export, by anyone. It cannot be edited or deleted.
The whole database (cases, NCLT details, audit log, users, lists) and every uploaded file. Keep it
somewhere safe off the server, such as an office drive; it contains all case data.
